Wonderful stay at the Powell home. Had one issue with the HVAC but they had someone at the house an hour after we called. The home was comfy and plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and coffee maker. The view from the back
Porch was incredible. Packing for the home was very convenient. We would book again!

Lovely oceanfront condo that is beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen with new appliances. Very clean and easy walk to the beach. Bedrooms are nice with good mattresses.
The wooden walkway to the beach needed repair. I called rental company but did not get a follow up call. The walkway was broken when we left.

The location is fantastic. Can't beat the ocean views along with access to a pool steps from your unit. Rooms were spacious. We had 3 kids with us ranging from 6 yrs old to 9 months. A couple. Frustrating points to the the trip was the elevator was getting worked on when we arrived so we couldn't use it at the most critical time, unloading luggage. The master baths wasn't usable as the shower door wouldn't slide and ultimately shattered. Peace was very responsive in trying to get it fixed however due to our length of stay, it was t fixed in time so we couldn't use it. Also the fan in the sun room wasnt working
