Within walking distance of Sapphire Beach, Sea Salt, the Beach Buzz coffee house, the Beach Bar Restaurant, Sudi's Caribbean Bar and Grill, & Sapphire Beach Marina!
Beautifully, fully remodeled, two bedroom unit on the very popular Sapphire Beach. Located in the highly sought after Crystal Cove condominium complex. Relax while looking out the window at the ocean or take a short walk down to the beach to relax while listening to the water lap at the shoreline. Great place to get away and enjoy the Caribbean sunshine while enjoying vacation or working from "home". No better time to telecommute from the Caribbean!
Complex is unusually flat for a St Thomas property & has a walking trail around the complex pond for a beautiful morning or evening walk.
Just minutes to Red Hook where you can enjoy easy shopping, gathering groceries, gas, or jumping on a ferry to St John. Red Hook also boasts diving and boat charters. All you need for your getaway within a mile of this beautiful unit.
* Pool & tennis courts located on property.
** St Thomas has been working on repairing and improving since Irma and Maria hit our island. There seems to always be project going on around the island. There may be improvements going on during your stay; though we will alert you if any are going on with this unit in-particular.
*** Sargassum grass is unpredictable! If it is going to make an appearance it is most likely during the summer time/hurricane season. This and the clean up process is out of our control & just because it is on the beach today does not mean it will be on the beach the next day. The island works hard at getting it cleared as quickly as possible. Rates are lower during this time and therefore there are no refunds given for sargassum grass.
**** Our island is run off of generator power and, as such, tends to experience power outages often. Most of the time these outages are only a few hours at a time, but sometimes outages can be more lengthy. This complex has a back up generator for water and outdoor lighting currently. We do not refund for power outages.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Julie’s place has everything you need and more. Her communication was just right. The condo is centrally located to all the places you would want to see while visiting St Thomas. I can’t think of anything I would recommend. We hope to visit here again! Thank you so much for the best stay ever!

I absolutely loved my stay! The condo was super clean, the beds were comfy, the rooms were spacious, and the A/C kept us nice and cool. There were plenty of towels provided, and the huge windows make for a great view!The location couldn't have been better, easy parking, beach is super close, snorkeling was great, and Stingray Point is a beautiful spot to watch sunrise and sunset. The condo community was friendly and welcoming, and Host is super awesome. I highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting St. Thomas and would absolutely stay here again!

Let me start out that this would have been a 5 star review if we had power your unit and the pool was better. Our host was super with keeping us updated on the power outage on the island. For the 4 days we stayed, power was on for only 12 hours total. Not at the fault of the host, it was the corrupt government of the VI (per all the residents we talked with). We made the best of it and played cards, talked and had drinks with neighbors in the same situation, and spent time at the beach. We finally got power right before we left and were able to pack out with AC and hot showers. The only other issue we had was the pool was below average. Not well taken care of and had iguana poop all over the place. Go to the beach and avoid the pool. Location is great and walkable to several restaurants (sapphire beach bar, Sudis, and Pangea) and a 5 minute taxi to the ferry to St John or Moe’s grocery store. Our unit was well stocked with everything you need. Bring your own ground coffee, spices for cooking, and a small amount of laundry detergent. Maybe throw in a couple extra rolls or TP too. We would stay here again but the VI government needs to get their s!t together on reliable power. I would also recommend the condo units install a generator as backup.
