Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $600 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
Beach Cabana Service: 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at this home's private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.
Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! We love it here! Very private, beach is not overcrowded, private pool, close to restaurants, this was our 2nd time staying here!

Morning Star is a comfortable house with a large pool and excellent beach access. The views of the sound and the ocean from the upper level are inspiring and memorable. The kitchen was well equipped with pots/pans and tableware. Oddly we found no potholders so retrieving baked goods from the oven was a bit tricky! Overall the house was clean but the front porch had an accumulation of bird droppings that made the chairs and swing unusable. Found quite a few cobwebs as well…we were the third week of May so maybe it’s still early in the season for a deep clean. Net net we loved the house and will be back.
