Enjoy your holiday in a charming studio apartment at Villa Anna, ideal for couples or solo travellers seeking peace and comfort. On 30 m², the apartment offers everything you need for relaxing days: an open living area with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning, heating and cable TV provide additional comfort, while WiFi enables connection to the outside world.

The highlight is the generous, 25 m² large balcony with a private outdoor grill, sun loungers and a dining table for two people – perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or cosy evenings under the open sky. The adjacent 300 m² garden invites you to relax and also offers opportunities for children, while adults can use the pavilion with a summer kitchen.

The situation could hardly be better: Just 200 metres from the sea, you can reach different types of beaches – sand, gravel or concreted plateaus – within a few minutes' walk. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and the town centre are also within walking distance, so you can often leave your car behind.

Villa Anna is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by plenty of greenery, and offers a private covered parking space. Pets are welcome, although additional fees apply. Whether for relaxing beach days, active excursions in the surrounding area, or relaxed evenings in the garden – this studio apartment combines comfort, a practical location, and a touch of holiday paradise.
