Right in the middle of all the fun on the east end of 30A, the Villages of South Walton is located between the iconic coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Walk or bike everywhere you want to go!!! The shops and restaurants in Rosemary are less than a 5 minute walk away! Top floor, corner unit. One of the largest condos in the community. Community pool is heated year round, free tram to deeded beach. In addition, nothing beats relaxing on the patio overlooking the beautiful pool.
Once you arrive at "The Abbey", you can literally put away your car keys until your vacation is over. Everything you can possibly need or want is just a beautiful short walk or bike ride away.
-5 min walk to Sunset Beach/designated beach access (0.2 Miles)
-5 min walk to dining/shopping at Rosemary Beach (0.2 Miles) or 10 min walk to Alys Beach (0.5 Miles)
-Walk or bike to tennis at Rosemary Beach Raquet Club (0.4 Miles) or Alys Beach Tennis (0.6 Miles)
-Walk or bike to Rosemary Beach Fitness Center to enjoy one of their fun outdoor boot camp or yoga classes (0.4 Miles) or Ōtium studios Inlet Beach (1.0 mile) to maintain your fitness routine while on vac.
-Meet up for local group runs organized by Love 2 Run 30Avenue.

Great place! Very clean and plenty of room. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Beach tram was great when it was too hot to walk.

We really enjoyed our time at Jeff’s place. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Easy walk/bike ride to both Alys beach and Rosemary beach. Right downstairs there are shops, bike rental, a market, and restaurants offering all sorts of delicious food, as well as live music every night. The biggest perk of all was the outdoor heated pool. We were able to be in the pool for hours at any time of the day. The tram was super easy to use, we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for it, and the beach was very nice. The condo was huge, with a massive master bathroom and many supplies I wasn’t even expecting (quality shampoo, conditioner, towels, coffee, kids beach supplies, etc). It was also nice to be in the back building and far from the noise, it was very quiet. The patio overlooking the pool was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. We had a great time and hope to return next year.
