The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliance and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. This condo even includes an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience! Step onto your private balcony to take in gorgeous views of the Halifax River and city. Because the unit faces west, it's the perfect place to catch sunsets every evening. On the side of the balcony, the ocean is also visible.
The ocean and river view primary suite holds a king bed, relaxing sitting area, and large, Smart TV. The ensuite primary bathroom includes a double vanity, walk-in tiled shower, and a 6' garden tub. The first and second guest bedroom hold 2 queen beds and a Smart TV each, allowing up to 10 guests to utilize the condo.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to message, text, or email us. Our agents are happy to assist and answer any questions.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The condo was very clean, the rooms were nice. We enjoyed the stay, the pool, hot tub & beach. Liked that the beach was not super crowded, away from the main beach areas in Daytona. Pleasantly surprised that traffic was fairly light, was nice since the condo is on the road-side of the building (wasn't noisy).Parking on the main level was tough when we arrived on Sunday, seems the public takes advantage of the fact that the office is closed on weekends and no one is checking for parking tags so they use spaces meant for those staying in building. An Aldi grocery store is being built just a block up the road, it will be super convenient once it is open. A Dollar General store was directly across street, so that helped with miscellaneous items we needed. The property management company was really good to work with, always responsive and friendly.We would definitely consider staying here again!

Clean. Plenty of towels and dishes. Thought we had an ocean view but only if you stood on side deck. Ice machine broken. One recliner did not recline. Had sugar ants one day. Screens so bad in kitchen couldn't see out to ocean area.

Location was great— steps from the beach but also easy access to the pool had every amenity we could need and comfortably fit our party of 8.

We absolutely loved everything about this unit, property, location, etc. Check in was smooth and hassle free. It's obvious that the building was been and is still going through renovations for all the right reasons and things look great. If we decide to return to the Daytona Beach area again in the future, we will be staying at Opus.
