The condo overlooked all the action of Old Orchard Beach. The kids with us loved watching the fireworks and street performers from the balcony. The host was excellent and got back to us quickly before and during our stay. We stay in rentals 4 times per year and I can say that this Confo was the most equipped than the rest. From towels, sheets, cooking supplies and everything you would need for a OOB vacation was supplied. Thank you.

Beautiful beach front property, we were within walking distance of excellent restaurants and activities. My family had a wonderful time, would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We drove cross country to visit our ocean fav town and this 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom was as promised, spacious and generally comfortable with a first hand view of all things over the center of the town and play land. We stayed mid April until June so our goal was lengthy stay with some off season rates. The balcony was great for people watching and views for the ocean. The arcade and play land weren't open for most of the time we were there...until Memorial Day weekend. Once it got going there, it was a real hoot. We were a bit disappointed that the building facility itself which manages the indoor heated pool did not have it filled until after we were there over 40 days. It would've been nice to have that as an option on the really cold days in the spring. We did have a chance to use it a few times after that and it was wonderful. I'd recommend the property and our host as well as Old Orchard. Our visit was to establish ourselves in the community and we achieved that! Thanks for sharing our travels.

Pool was not working and according to discussion with another owner, it has not been working for 3 to 4 months. The owner of our unit should have noted this in the description. Some of the furniture was in poor condition. Lightning in living room was poor. No instructions for televisions. We figured out how to operate the living room television and one bedroom television. Master bedroom television was not useable! No instructions on what to do with garbage. Owner did respond to garbage issue by text.
