Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.

This condo was awesome! Clean and very well stocked. Plenty of dishes, kitchen appliances, and extra pillows and blankets. We really loved the surf board table and chairs on the balcony. The view is worth every penny for this place. Plumlee rentals were easy to get ahold of, the check in and out process was easy and efficient. Smugglers cove mini golf is right across the street, along with many other places within walking distance. We will return!

Lovely condo on the beach, where you can hear the waves. Beautifully decorated and well maintained, feels like you’re at home. I will definitely recommend.

The views were amazing. The condo was very very clean, we were impressed. The king bed in the bedroom has seen better days. I hurt my elbow on a spring that was right up against the mattress. We were able to look past the pink carpet and teal furniture because of how clean and cared for it was. This was a last minute getaway and there was not much to choose from but when we come to the area again we would probably stay somewhere else. There are newer nicer looking vacation rentals in the area for the same price or cheaper. Don't get me wrong we enjoyed our time, loved the area, and we were satisfied with the condo.
