The Hollywood Hideaway is nestled in the exclusive Hollywood Hills above the bustle of this famed city, in a serene setting with breathtaking views. This mid-century modern 1000-square-foot home is nestled atop a hill of lavender, dotted with beautiful olive, fig, and citrus trees. Enjoy stunning 180-degree panoramic views of the Hollywood Hills, downtown LA, and on a clear day, the glimmer of the Pacific Ocean. Immerse yourself in this historic neighborhood, which has been featured in films and books for decades and become part of the history.

Most of Hollywood’s studios are only a short drive away as are many fun attractions, like Universal Studios, Griffith Observatory, and The Greek Theater, to name a few. A 12-minute walk takes you to the world-famous outdoor concert venue, The Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood’s Walk of Fame, movie theaters and shops at Hollywood and Highland, and the iconic Grauman’s Chinese Theater. You can drive or walk to Runyon Canyon and explore the beautiful hiking trails while getting breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of the city. THIS PROPERTY IS ABOUT 18.4 MILES DRIVE TO SOFI STADIUM AND 18 MINUTES WALK TO METRO RAIL STATION AT HOLLYWOOD HIGHLAND.
With the 101 freeway only 3 minutes away, you can get where you need to be with ease. Enjoy a scenic route to visit our gorgeous coastal beaches or shoot downtown for world-class dining, sports venues, concert halls, and museums. The Hideaway is the perfect location for work or holiday travel, alone or with up to 2 additional guests to enjoy the magic of Hollywood.

Cook with a view in our fully stocked modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots/pans as well as a variety of cooking spices/oils and coffee/tea).
Sweet dreams with a view in a brand-new Queen size bed, and Custom Comfort Organic mattress on hotel quality linens. The ensuite Bathroom has a double sink with Soak-in Tub. And you can still enjoy the views from your own bedroom office workspace.
The open-plan living room hosts a 90" HDTV with AppleTV and streaming apps only.
Plus we recently added a Brand New Queen Size sofa bed that can be used in the Living Room area. (We no longer provide airbeds)
Our vintage mid-century modern dining table seats up to six guests.
A second bathroom with Walk-in Shower is located just off the kitchen.

Common Space Areas:
The entrance garden path and driveway are common spaces with the Owners who live in a separate home on the other side of the property with their own private path that Guests do not have access to. And you may meet their beautiful and friendly family dog roaming the property. ** The Owners are doing some remodeling work in their main house and you may see contractors in the property - they will not enter the guest house area. **
Fireplace is currently only decorative.
Pet Fee: Well-trained Small Dogs Under 30 lbs Approved with our $90 Pet Fee. No Cats. Max 2 dogs only.
Luggage drop-off is permitted outside on the outdoor deck area. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any personal belongings left in this area. Guest must be pre-approved or pre-arranged first before doing this.
HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted short-term rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the House Rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
This is a short-term rental property only. No Tenants rights apply. You must check-out on the date your contract finishes.
* Minimum age to book is 25 yrs old. Valid photo ID required upon booking, plus names and ages of all your Guests.
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.
MAX # OF OCCUPANTS: 4 people (including infants)
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $ 100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.
NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside on the deck only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine for the cost to eliminate residual odors.
NO UNAPPROVED PETS. Pet Fee $90
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a $250 charge

We had a great stay and would recommend this place to others. It was really fun to be in the hills and experience a unique part of LA life, and the view was incredible. Communication was great, very clean, easy check in. Just a few notes for awareness to pass along - 1. The road leading to the house is steep and winding. Not a dealbreaker but just know getting in/out is steep. 2. The place sleeps four, for us that was two adults and two kids. I don’t think sleeping outside the one bedroom would be very comfy for adults. One couch is normal size but does not pull out. The other is small but converts to a futon-like surface. Also know that a side effect of the amazing view is bright lights at night. There were no curtains in the main area, however when I mentioned this to the management company the responded quickly and offered us a temporary fix, which was really nice and much appreciated! I would just be mindful and inquire if this is important to you. We were so charmed by the neighborhood and would absolutely stay again. Enjoy!

Absolutely loved this place. We felt right at home. The sleeps were amazing. The neighborhood is beautiful and tranquil. My only small complaint is the place wasn’t properly stocked. I had to ask for garbage bags, paper towel, etc. We stayed for 10 days so ran out of having just 1 of things. I felt bad that I had to ask for a couple things that I ended up just buying toilet paper when we ran out etc. Whenever I did ask for things, they brought it promptly and were quick to reply. I’d definitely come back! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Check-in was easy, kitchen facilities were good, Wi-Fi access, comfortable bed, nice outdoor space and was close enough to walk to Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood Bowl and restaurants. Loved Hollywood Hills area - beautiful view. Discovered hidden stairs and the Hightower elevator.

Wonderful home with great outdoor space and views . I stayed with my 12 and 15 year old grandchildren and we were all so happy being there together. Great vibe and very relaxing and Lilly was easy to communicate with .
