Location, Location, Location!! Walk to Downtown. Great accommodation for 8 guys on a long cycling weekend. Plenty of bathrooms (missed having one in the basement). Plenty of room in the house with 8 beds and 3 showers (1/2). Communication was great with the hosts. The kitchen was perfect for breakfasts with the large group. The large garage worked out great for keeping our bikes (plenty of games if you have kids!). Decor and furnishings are showing their wear, but still comfortable. Spent a lot of time chilling on the front porch.

The house and bedding fit our needs perfectly. There was enough room for all 8 of us. It was a very comfortable setting. It would have been wonderful to at least have a 1/2 bath in the basement for the 2 bedrooms. The only issue was not being able to have the heat go on for the last night. Brad was responsive to this issue. but it didn't get resolved before we left the next day. It was tolerable, but uncomfortable.Overall it was an excellent stay and location!!

The main reason for the three stars was safety. One of the features is the hot tub. However, access to the hot tub was dangerous. The back doorway was taped off with a sign that said ice build up. So my family used the walkway around the front of tbe garage. When opening the tub the pavers on the patio fell off and my niece almost slipped and fell. I have included pictures. If your property has a feature as a selling point, it must be safe for your patrons to use. I suggest an update of the patio with a retain wall.
