Come and spend an unforgettable holiday in this charming house located in Escource, in the Landes region, on the edge of the forest. This peaceful, natural setting offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends. The house features a bright living area with a lounge and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, filter coffee maker, pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. A utility room is also available, with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
The house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite shower room with toilet. The second bedroom has two 80cm beds that can be joined to form a 160cm bed, and it also has its own private shower room. A separate toilet provides added convenience. Reversible air conditioning ensures optimal comfort, whatever the season. You can also use the Wi-Fi to stay connected during your stay, whether for leisure or work.
Outside, you'll find a fully enclosed 900m² garden, ideal for children to play safely or for pets to enjoy. This garden is the perfect place to relax with family or friends. The heated swimming pool is available from May 10th, allowing you to cool off and enjoy sunny days.
