This home has recently been remodeled and now boasts 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and nice deck for enjoying the fresh air. Super convenient to I-71 and just minutes away from Hyde Park and Xavier University. If you are taking a trip to Cincinnati, this is the perfect home for you!
You will feel right at home when you walk in the front door! On the main floor you`ll find our full kitchen, dining room, living space and half bathroom.
Upstairs are three bedrooms - twin, queen, and then the master king bedroom with attached full bathroom. There is also another full bathroom in the hallway.
The attic features two bedrooms - one that has two twin beds and the other that has a king bed. These two bedrooms have their own separate heating / cooling element.
You will find another king bedroom in the basement, along with another full bathroom and full size washer / dryer.
This home has its own driveway that you may use, but there are also street spaces for free. You may access entry to the home by utilizing the August Home app.
This is an older neighborhood right in the heart of Norwood. Grocery and shopping are just a minute or two away!
Uber and Lyft are very prevalent if you don`t have your own car.
Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!

• No smoking allowed of any kind.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Please respect the noise curfew.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home.

This home is very beautiful and very spacious ! Easy check in process and great communication with the host. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

House was beautiful and very clean. The check in process and check out was very simple and easy. Would certainly recommend this listing especially if you have a larger group.

We had a very nice time being able to visit Cincy and stay together in one place. Grew up in East Hyde Park, had family in Walnut Hills, Evanston. Student taught at Norwood HS. Very nice home in a very mediocre neighborhood. Fortunately, I know the area, but the price and pictures would not indicate that.
My husband has mobility issues and I tried to find out if there was a 1st floor toilet; never heard. Glad it did. Porch access and side access have no railings for the steps. We had to help him up. Surprised that an upgraded home is allowed to have steps without a rail.
There were only 3 glasses in the kitchen and our reservation was for 9 people. We had to buy some red cups. No big deal, but surprised. Stove filter needs cleaning.
There were no hooks or towel racks to hang wet towels in any of the spaces. And no elevated surfaces to place luggage although there is plenty of floor space. There were plenty of towels.
Carpet is dirty and that was evident when we would have shoes on until we arrived in the front hall and then would go barefoot in the house. Socks were black and when you would step in the shower a dirty footprint would appear.
Appreciated the house itself, the driveway that allowed for 3 cars at one point (one had to be parked into a overhanging and overgrown bush/weed), the washer/dryer, multiple TVs, the mattress/bedding and the nice bathroom facilities.
I would stay there again, but my family would not.
