`There were four of us over from London, UK for nine days. The house is in a lovely green and quiet neighbourhood, but close to lots of shops and supermarkets. The house is very comfortable and had most things we needed indoors. All our questions were answered promptly and everything ran smoothly checking in and out. I absolutely recommend this house for anyone wanting a base to visit Charlotte and the surrounding area.`
This home sits on 1/2 acre cul-de-sac lot in the heart of South Charlotte. Just minutes from Cotswold Mall, Southpark Mall, Uptown Charlotte or Matthews. Comfy reading/game room. Spacious backyard and large rear deck for relaxing.
Location is wonderfully convenient as you can walk to local restaurants, fast food, joints, grocery stores, pharmacies, dry cleaners, banks, movie theaters, nail salons or vape stores. Close to Sportsplex at Matthews and McAlpine Creek Park. A quick drive or cheap Uber/Lyft ride will get you anywhere you want to go!

Fully fenced and spacious backyard with a large deck in rear for grilling on the BBQ grill, dining outdoors, and relaxing with friends and family.
Driveway parking with overflow onto the street. It is a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors.
★★ Guest Access ★★
You will have access to the entire main house and the large, private deck, and spacious backyard. Garage and driveway in front of garage is for owner use only (guest driveway is to the left of the home).
Privacy abounds with keypad entry you can come and go as you please. Quiet hours between 10:00pm-7:00am.
★★ Parking ★★
Parking is on the LEFT side of the driveway (or in street) for the main house. The owners use the right side of the driveway to access their home which sits behind the property. This property comes with enough amenities for your stay (assuming you entered the correct # of guests) anything above and beyond what is left is left to the responsibility of the guest.
SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras present: We have a doorbell security camera at the front door, one at the driveway, one at the garbage, one at the shed, and one at the gate. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.
Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.
***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner`s availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.
Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $1,500 for content and $1,500 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*
*TRAVEL INSURANCE*: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as weather, illness, or travel interruptions. Cancellations are subject to the policy selected at booking.

We needed a place to stay for a soccer tournament. There was two moms and four players . The house was plenty of room. The neighborhood was gorgeous and you can walk to your dinner.

The house was amazing. It was close to everything and not far from where family was meeting up. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Positives: Real homey stay for our family for five days, great realtor/host and operations mgr, kitchen well appointed, close to Matthews, convenient to everywhere.
Negatives: House is very dark with limited light, and NONE of the 7 of us got a good nights sleep because mattresses were bamboo and fairly comfortable but made a very strange crunching sound like you’re crumbling newspapers every time you moved, all night. They’re probably expensive bamboo mattresses and there’s really nothing the owner can do except remove / replace box springs and mattresses. This was a real serious negative.
