An amazing villa situated in a peaceful community. Everything matched the property description and we had a great stay. The pool deck (with hot tub) is large and both are heated so very comfortable. The view is so relaxing with the occasional golfer losing their ball in the rough! The interior was spotlessly clean and very comfortable - perfect for those evenings in post the theme park visits. We liked the spaciousness of the villa as we have two older children who need their own space (and bathrooms). Communication from the host was excellent throughout - and we knew were to go to with any issues (which there weren't). A really 5 star experience and we'd love to return. Thank you for making our vacation special!

This house was everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The home was very clean and organized. The pool table was amazing as well. I could have just relaxed at the home and not gone to Disney. The hosts are amazing. They communicated well with needs and expectations. They are kind, genuine people.

The villa was gorgeous. We have stayed in various villas and locations around Orlando and this is by far the best. The hosts were fantastic and answered a queries promptly. The villa was stocked with essentials and had everything you could think of.The location was amazing, lots of wildlife to look and and fantastic outdoor space to watch sunset. Thank you for an amazing stay

On arrival the property looked as described and was generally clean. However, on closer inspection it became clear that the property was tired and in need of general refurbishment. The doors to the pool area did not lock properly, the pool area appeared generally a bit tired. There were stained areas inside cupboards.
However, the worst thing for us was that there was no hot water running to any bathrooms. On contacting the owner and property manager we were eventually informed that it could not be repaired and we should find alternative accommodation. Whilst we were refunded the 5 days we did not stay we received no compensation for the 5 days we were there trying to sort it out. VRBO failed to contact us back as they had agreed. Not what we expected on our long awaited holiday.
