The house was exactly what our family needed. We noticed on the first morning that the coffee pot had a crack in it. We notified the Brindley Beach rental company and they delivered a new pot to us in less than 24 hours. House was clean and had everything we needed. There is a hill when walking too and from the beach and only a dune to cross with no stairs which is not a negative on the house but something to be aware of. We had a positive experience with this property.

This house was perfectly situated to the beach and the town of Duck. We had a great time here. Our dogs were very comfortable. Carpets were a little beat up which makes sense since they allow pets and we were really grateful to have them with us. I didn’t love the outdoor cans filled w cigarette butts but I couldn’t smell them. The house provided sheets bath towels and beach chairs which made packing much easier. The amenities aren’t very updated but we had everything we needed.

Property as advertised, clean, but WiFi was useless on a variety of devices. Overall a good week at the beach!
