Enjoy the unique atmosphere of the II. Burgmannshof in Hardegsen! This spacious vacation rental on the first floor—which will have been freshly renovated by the end of 2025—spans approximately 160 square meters and features 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, an additional sleeper sofa in the living room, a large kitchen-diner, a very large, brand-new bathroom, and a brand-new guest restroom.

The furnishings are a tasteful combination of vintage and modern pieces, in a style befitting the ambiance of this magnificent 700-year-old building.

The photos show the new bathroom and guest restroom, the apartment itself, as well as the first floor with its historic rooms and the outdoor areas.
On the first floor, there is another smaller apartment measuring 62 square meters, which has also been renovated and is available for rent.

We’re happy to provide towels and bed linens. This service costs €15 per person per stay. If you’d like to use this service, please pay the amount in cash upon arrival. If you prefer to bring your own towels and bed linens, this fee will of course not apply.

Musicians are especially welcome. In the hall on the first floor, you can practice with virtually no time restrictions, and you’re more than welcome to use the Bechstein grand piano. Music stands, stand lights, etc., are available. For pianists and ensembles, this is an oasis of peace and inspiration for intensive rehearsals and concert preparations. Concerts to conclude a rehearsal period are also a possibility.
Of course, you’re also welcome to practice to your heart’s content in the apartment’s rooms; there are no immediate neighbors, as the house stands alone.
We, the landlords, are musicians ourselves and understand the immense value of an intensive rehearsal period in a suitable environment.

The nearby Solling, a picturesque low mountain range, and the nearby Weser Valley offer pure local recreation. In Hardegsen itself, you’ll find everything you need for daily life, including restaurants; the beautiful park surrounding Hardeg Castle, located right next door, is perfect for long walks; and Göttingen, just a 20-minute drive away, is a highly attractive city with all the amenities you could want within easy reach.

Hardegsen has a train station; regional trains depart from nearby Northeim every 60 to approximately 90 minutes. The nearest ICE station is in Göttingen, about a 20-minute drive away.
