POOL HEAT. Pool heat is an optional price amenity. Some people use the pool, many do not. If you want a heated pool during your winter stay, we have a daily $ 25 pool heat charge. This is an add on charge and not included in the rental rate. Maximum pool heat temperature is 86 degrees. Occasional issues with pool equipment can result in no pool or spa heat. If so, there may be a credit for up to but not exceeding $25 per day for full days with no pool heat.

The property was beautiful, clean, great views, great location and everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home. Thanks to Paul for hosting us. We hope to return again soon.

Our family had a great time! Walked to bars and restaurants and fished off the dock. The pool was amazing and very relaxing. Everything was clean and up to date.
