Positives: The owners are awesome and very helpful! I couldn’t ask for better hosts! The building and grounds are clean and well kept.
Negatives: I didn’t read ahead of time that this was shared space. Maybe I missed it. It worked for us though because the owners were right there and they were helpful! They were very quiet so we hardly heard them. We are both hard of hearing though. I hope we weren’t too loud for them!
This is more a one bedroom suite than a two bedroom with refrigerator, oven and dining table. The second “bedroom” is the fold out sofa in the living area. The fridge is a hotel size fridge. The oven is a toaster oven. The dining table is the bar with stools.
Luckily we had our cooler so we made that work. The baking I had to do fit in the oven, one tray at a time so that also worked. Our third person was only there one night. Again, it worked.
All things that we made work! But you should know if you need to keep food cold or do any baking.
If you don’t need these amenities, the owners are great and the rooms are clean!

Charming, cozy apartment with lots of natural light despite being partially below ground level. The hosts are very accommodating and care about guest comfort. I'm keeping this place bookmarked for the next time we visit the Ithaca area!

I had an amazing time. The property was beautiful. The communication with the host was on-point. Everything was clean and the host made it feel like a home away from home. I have no complaints and would love to book with the same hosts when I visit in the future.
