Sleeping arrangements feature 3 queen beds, 3 twin rollaway beds, a comfortable sofa, and a queen air mattress—accommodating up to 16 guests. For extended stays, we may be able to tailor certain furnishings to better suit your needs.

Book the night before at **50% off** (subject to availability).

Option 2:
2:00 PM Check-In** – $120 fee to cover additional cleaning staff if the previous night is booked.

Option 3:
1:00 PM Check-In** – $200 fee to cover additional cleaning staff and ensure the home is ready on time if the previous night is booked.

Option 4:
12:00 PM Check-In Free** – If the night before remains unbooked, you may check in at noon at no extra charge. We can confirm this after midnight when the booking window closes.
