Picture this: you open the sliding door, step onto your private balcony, and the entire lake stretches out in front of you. No rooftops blocking the view, no neighbors above you — just water, sky, and the kind of quiet that makes you forget you have a phone. That's how every morning starts here.

This spacious top-floor, 2-bed/2-bath lakefront condo at Indian Pointe (Mile Marker 17, Osage Beach) sleeps up to 4.

The Space
The primary bedroom is a proper retreat — king bed, walk-in closet, private bath, and a view of the lake that'll make it hard to get out of bed.

The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with plenty of storage.

The open living area has vaulted ceilings that make the space feel even larger than it is, and the queen sleeper sofa means you've got flexibility if you need it.

Step through the sliding doors and the balcony becomes your favorite room in the place — morning coffee, evening cocktails, or just watching the boats go by.

Fully Equipped
Everything you need is here. Washer and dryer so you can pack light, full kitchen setup with dishwasher and microwave, Keurig for your morning fix, flat screen TVs in multiple rooms, and WiFi throughout. You're not roughing it — this is lake life without the sacrifice.

Complex Amenities
3 swimming pools
Tennis and basketball courts
Boat slip access available for an additional fee — pull right up to your vacation
Assigned parking spot steps from the entrance

Location That Actually Delivers
Mile Marker 17 is one of the best spots on the lake. You're close enough to Osage Beach to walk or make a quick drive to restaurants, shopping, golf, go-karts, mini golf, and water sports rentals — but tucked away enough that it still feels like a getaway. Whether you're arriving by car or pulling up by boat, getting here is easy.

Top-floor lakefront units like this don't stay open long. If the dates are available, grab them.
