Comfortable and charming. Our family of 7 adults enjoyed the outside sitting and eating area. The Edison lights and fans make the area so relaxing. We rented a boat for the time there and being able to dock at the house was a plus. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of nice towels and extras like tp, paper towels and such. We used the outdoor propane grill twice and watched a ballgame one evening on the outdoor tv. Plenty of hot water for our large family. The drink fridge was nice to have. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Could use a few larger cooking pots and larger cookie sheets but we managed. Decor was nicely done. Super clean. The washer and dryer were high quality and used several times. Highly recommend.

Just returned from a week at this lovely home in Key Colony. From the moment we walked in the door until the second we left, we couldn't have been any more pleased with these exceptional accommodations. The place was welcoming, clean, very well stocked and comfortable. We found the homeowner/property manager were responsive and provided great communication. We have already planned our return trip for 2027. Thanks for making our annual trip to Key Colony Beach such a memorable one!
