There was a couple issues at first but when i reported them the property manager took care of them the next day. Over all stay was good. The only thing we didn't care for was the bottom of the house was separate from the rest of the house and had to be accessed by going outside to get to the rest of the house.

Nice house, close to beach. Nothing fancy but worked for a large group. No interior stairs.

The house was awesome and the weather was perfect. The kids loved the backyard games and the hot tub! It had the perfect amount of rooms!

On day 2 the air conditioner stopped working. We called someone came out. And he said he would send someone Else out to fix it. No one showed. My son checked it and the filter was completely clogged in the hallway near the kitchen. No way could air be pulled in through it. Also on the last day the ceiling in the lower bathroom was bulging with water ready to bust. This place needs repairs. Cups and dishes needed to be re washed. Otherwise place was okay. Our kids love coming to the ocean! I do have pictures of the problems.
