Condo in new and furnished, comfortable conditions, located in Tribeca Condominiums, in an exclusive and safe area, by Villas Mackey Blvd., entrance on 13 NW Street, 1 km from Altara Mall.
It has two bedrooms with king and queen beds, two full bathrooms, kitchen with all utensils, refrigerator, stove, microwave, air conditioners in bedroom and living room. Smart TV with cable, internet, 24 hour private security and with access control to the elevator. Social area has a gym, pool, jacuzzi, bar, club house, events room and playground.
Apartment is located in a condominium in which there are rules and regulations of conduct that must be respected, including good moral behavior, parties or events are not allowed in the condo.
Restaurants and mini markets are within walking distance. We have 24 hour gated security. If you are not on the guest list, you will not be able to enter the apartments, no exceptions.

Conveniently located , near shops , restaurants and grocery stores , quiet , clean and safe . Great place for families or single travelers.

Really enjoyed my stay at the property. However, will suggest to owner check plumbing because sometimes bad odor from laundry room overwhelmed the place 😬
