Step inside to a cozy, well-appointed space featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a modern kitchen, and a comfy living room. It’s a romantic retreat perfect for couples, and also a wonderful family getaway where kids can explore the beach.

Our property manager lives in Arecibo and is available when needed at VillaRosa-Arecibo.
This is a self-catering property designed to help keep costs low while providing a beautiful, comfortable place to enjoy your vacation.
Items We Provide:
Bath towels, Beach towels (feel free to bring extras if you prefer), Bedding, Dishes, Pots and pans, Glasses and cups, Iron and ironing board, Starter paper towel and starter toilet paper (please add more to your shopping list if needed), Two trash bags, Hair dryer
Items You’ll Need to Bring or Purchase:
Laundry detergent (HE only) and fabric softener, Shampoo, Conditioner, Bath soap, Body lotion, Toothpaste, Other personal toiletries, Additional toilet paper, Additional paper towels, Additional trash bags.
Events: There is a fee for hosting an event. Unapproved events will result in the price of the fee being doubled.
Pets: Pets are allowed; there is a $35/night fee per pet and an additional cleaning fee of $50. Bringing a pet without paying the additional fees will result in the fees being doubled.
Refunds are not available after a reservation is made; however, you can change the dates anytime within 1 year of your original booking.

2. AFTER SWIMMING IN THE OCEAN, USE THE OUTSIDE SHOWER TO RINSE OFF THE SAND.
3. DO NOT TAKE BATH TOWELS TO THE BEACH.
4. DO NOT TAKE DISHES, CUTLERY, OR STEMWARE FROM THE HOUSE TO THE BEACH.
5. TURN OFF THE LIGHTS WHEN YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE.
6. TURN OFF ALL A/C WHEN LEAVING THE HOUSE FOR THE DAY.
7. NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.
8. NO PETS OF ANY SIZE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION.
9. TO AVOID ANTS, DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OUT AND PLEASE PUT ALL TRASH IN THE CLOSED CONTAINER IN THE KITCHEN.
10. FEEL FREE TO USE THE LIBRARY BUT DO NOT TAKE THE BOOKS WHEN YOU LEAVE.
11. MAKE SURE THE FRONT GATE IS CLOSED AT ALL TIMES TO KEEP OUT STRAY ANIMALS.
12. DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS, AND DO NOT LET THEM INSIDE THE HOUSE.
13. A $350.00 RE-KEY FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF ALL KEYS ARE NOT RETURNED UPON DEPARTURE.
14. PLEASE PLACE ALL USED DISHES AND UTENSILS IN THE DISHWASHER AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.
15. NO EVENTS WITHOUT PAYING THE EVENT FEE.

Just as the listing says, the views and location are just incredible. Our second time there. Explore the tidal pools and beaches right at your doorstep and snorkel in the shallow water right in front of the rocks that protect the property - I guarantee you'll be amazed at the diversity of life. Magaly the property manager is terrific, super responsive. Check out David Sandwiches in Islote - it's all delish but their coco lemonade. I'd go back just for that.

My stay was amazing wit the host waiting for us to give us the keys and gate control. The AC on prior to us arriving. The house inside temperature was perfect. You could walk straight to the water and it is a safe place. The local were nice and you could get to places very easy. We slept with hearing the waves at night and it was soothing. We will be coming back to stay as a couple next time and recommend it if you want to have your own little beach.

The location of this house is AMAZING! Perfect beach for swimming or relaxing or exploring! The house itself could use some improvements/attention to detail. It wasn’t very well equipped with necessities nor was it very clean, but the location makes up for any downfalls of the actual property.
