* We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes.

Interaction with Guests:
The check-in and check-out are similar to a hotel, but this is a privately owned condo, and all services will be taken care of through the host. The front desk is available 24/7 for emergencies only. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

Nice rooms. Location was close to casino, but not in a casino, which was nice. We were under the impression the rooms were adjoining, but the were not.

The location was great. The hotel was very nice. The property manager was responsive. The rooms were not very well equipped and we had a misunderstanding in communication on our end so we didn't get all of the supplies replenished. There was a coffee maker but only 2 bag of coffee for a 5 night stay & very little creamer. They did replenish coffee at our request but no creamer. There was a kitchen but typically a small bottle of dish soap is supplied and was not so we couldn't wash the coffee mugs. We were on our last roll of tp at the end of the trip. Would have been nice to have more. I think there should be more thought put into supplies before guests arrive.
