For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Rentals guests. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination; it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks who enjoy the finest Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 2, and 1 golf cart (or 1 car)- 3 vehicles total. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community.

GRILLING: Charcoal grilling is not allowed. Propane grilling is permitted in the parking lot only, away from the building.
