Living room - TV 46" HD LCD plus DVD player, CD stereo system/radio, Bedrooms - Flatscreen TV/DVD combo in each. The sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores are well maintained and depending on the time of year you may see a sea turtle next or Skimmer bird colony. The quaint town of Indian Shores offers shops, restaurants, putt-putt golf, and a seabird sanctuary.

**MEMORIAL DAY, 4th OF JULY LABOR DAY WEEKS - 7 Night minimum**
Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.

Very nice condo located right on a great beach. Would definitely rent this place again for our next vacation. The condo unit and amenities were exactly as described.

Location is great. This condo is older with carpet…and not well stocked. Since it’s older, having it stocked a bit would make up for some shortcomings. Beach towels, at least some salt and pepper, a few spices and maybe some coffee for your first morning…would go a long way to help overlook the carpet and old cabinetry and furnishings(you’re not there to stay inside after all). A lighter for the charcoal grill and maybe some grilling utensils, etc. If you’re driving in, just bring those things and you’ll be all set.
