This beautiful condo boasts the largest floor plan available at Grand Champion Villas. Enjoy the views of the islands of Lanai and West Maui from the huge wrap-around lanai, which provides extra room for relaxing and taking in the splendor of the sun setting over the Pacific.
This unit has a spacious, newly remodeled kitchen graced with stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, contemporary cabinets, and fully appointed to comfortably meet all your dining desires! The living/dining area features vaulted ceilings, is bright and airy, and easily accommodates eight people. Enjoy amenities such as AC, TV with video and DVD player, and a CD player. The huge Primary bedroom has a private lanai with a beautiful view of Haleakala and features a king pillow-top bed, flat-screen TV/DVD player, CD player, AC, walk-in closet, and a large private his/her bathroom. The second bedroom has cozy pillow-top twin beds with pleasant mountain breezes and a view of Haleakala. Overall a really great stay, the home was a wonderful place to stay. The master bed mattress is quite firm while the queen bed room is soft. There were a lot of bugs in the master bathroom when we arrived but it was after dark and they had left all the lights on for us. Thankfully, there was a vacuum cleaner and we were able to vacuum the bugs. I contacted the host and they responded immediately and sent maintenance out the next day to check the screens. We had no more issues with bugs. Our only issues were before check in- we did not receive the check-in details and it was 24 hours until our arrival. After contacting them I was told we had to sign some rental agreement?? We never received the agreement and it took a bit of back and forth before it was resolved. I had no idea there was something else to sign because we were never informed of this during the entire process. I wish they had proactively let us know instead of me having to uncover the problem at the last minute. The only other issue, as others have mentioned, is that the parking spot assigned is not in the signed area. (Spot 170 is not actually in spots marked 168-180) It makes sense once you find it but it is impossible to know where it actually is based on their instructions. Drive past the 170 parking area and go down two more parking areas and it is in the right hand corner.Those were minor issues and I would definitely stay here again.

This well appointed unit was updated, clean and organized. I especially appreciated that the towels and sheets were new and clean. The views from the lanai made outdoor dining a pleasure. Questions about parking were answered quickly and resolved easily. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

We just completed a stay at your property. We were extremely disappointed and upset when we arrived and the bdrm closest to the master bdrm did not have any AC. It had a very strong mildew smell which we think you know as there were air fresheners on the mirror. The description under amenities says 'Air Conditioning' which is misleading. I think you should say 'Partial AC' because the phrase about the 'pleasant mountain breezes' really gets lost. We got in touch with the mgmt company asap but they were not able to get us a portable unit until the next day. Unacceptable... The unit was sufficient however there are only 2 towel racks in the bathroom for 2 bdrms. The toilet in the main bath has a broken seat and makes a terrible noise until it completely fills. The tub was rusting around the drain control and the shower curtain rod is rusted. The exhaust fan was also extremely loud. The view from the Master Lanai is greatly overrated in the description and there are no chairs to sit on even if you wanted to. The dishwasher seems to be a little worse for the wear as well and would only run for us on Econ wash and was extremely hard to close. Some of the dishes in the cabinets had to be washed before using as they were dirty. The bdrm nearest the kitchen is sorely lacking drawer storage. The desk does not really offer much. The lack of any nightstand was difficult. All air conditioners were very loud and made it hard to sleep. I would not rent this unit again.
