We stayed for the month of March 2022 and enjoyed every minute of it. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood was in a very convenient location and the hosts were wonderful - friendly and immediately available for any need we had. We look forward to returning!

This property was clean, comfortable, and convenient! The hosts (Eric and Sarah) are extremely nice and they have created a very pleasant property for a Sarasota visit. The property is very easy to use as your base to enjoy Sarasota and much more. It is extremely easy to access downtown, St. Armands, Lido Beach, Turtle Beach, and Siesta Beach. In 20 minutes, you can also enjoy the Venice area. It is only approximately 45 minutes to St Pete!
The hosts have the property in top shape for the visit plus ample tips on places to dine and local attractions to visit. Highly recommended!!
