Located in a small quiet mountain subdivision, this 5BR/3.5BA getaway has it all - a large fenced yard perfect for kids or furbabies (NOTE: due to damage from Hurricane Helene, some of the fencing is down in the backyard), screened porch, 2 levels of porch/deck, hot tub, game room, chef’s kitchen, ample parking space and 5BR/3.5BA spread out over 4,600 square feet. Enjoy easy access to a plethora of outdoor adventures and the culture and cuisine of nearby Asheville. Working remotely? Enjoy fast, reliable WiFi and a private office space.
LOCATION
Conveniently located just south of Asheville, this home has everything you need to make you feel right at home - with NO remote roads to navigate! Only fifteen minutes to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, several local breweries including Sierra Nevada, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking with easy and quick access to I-40, I-240, and I-26 and the Blue Ridge Parkway which allows you to quickly get anywhere you want to go. Check out nearby towns like Hendersonville, Brevard and Black Mountain easily. This home is just minutes away from first class golfing, art museums, various hiking and biking trails, white water rafting and in the winter months go snow skiing and snowboarding at either Cataloochee Ski Resort in Maggie Valley, NC or Wolf Ridge Ski Resort in Mars Hill, NC.
Uber and Lyft service is available in this area as well.

*DOGS ONLY allowed! No cats, bunnies, birds, or any other animals other than dogs due to allergies. A dog fee will apply plus all applicable taxes. $30 per dog plus taxes, per night. Maximum of TWO dogs ( 50 lbs and under) with prior approval. DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES while walking or in the front yard/driveway. They are welcome to enjoy the fenced-in yard.

Pet friendly, large and spacious for large family, close to city and mountain hiking, waterfalls but quiet location. Hot tub was ok, it would have been nice to know how to clean it and last time it was sanitized, lots of ants in hot tub,( it is in a wooded area ) found a net in basement that was larger mesh but was able to get bugs out but no one felt comfortable going in tub because we didn’t know when it was last cleaned. That was a bummer because that was one of the amenities we used in picking home. Over all, the house was great, probably needs some maintenance on deck, to make it seem like the owner really invests in keeping it up. Again I am looking at it as a home owner, and personally, I would make sure the property looked richer and better maintained more so outside than inside. Hot tub looks like it’s seen better days but it just needs a little TLC, and better instructions and sanitation for the renter.
Location Perfact, size Perfact for large family, kitchen amenities great, host was reliable , and reached out quickly when we asked questions. Recommend renting.

We had a delightful stay and were very comfortable in the house. Lots of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. I would recommend hair dryers be provided.

This well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for our family's stay. There was plenty of room to spread out and read, watch TV, play games, and relax. The location is excellent--close to the airport and to all that Asheville and the surrounding area have to offer. The hosts were gracious and responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. We had one small issue which was resolved promptly. I highly recommend this property.

Everything was as described. Large areas for all of us to be together (8 of us) and plenty of private spaces when needed. Check in/check out was smooth and host was available when needed.
