Welcome to the Dalton House
We have a beautiful, 5 bedroom home available in the Coeur d’Alene suburb of Dalton Gardens. Dalton is conveniently located 4 miles from downtown Coeur d’Alene, Lake Coeur d’Alene, and Hayden Lake.
Our 3200 sq. ft. house sleeps 10 comfortably. With 5 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a large modern kitchen, dining area, 2 family rooms (upstairs and downstairs), and laundry room. The covered patio with gas grill and firepit, looks out on the large fenced back yard. There is a 2-car garage and room for parking in the circular driveway. Located minutes away from award-winning restaurants, pubs, shopping, parks, hiking, lakes, and other activities. Dalton is the perfect location for families and groups..

• Silverwood Theme Park & Boulder Beach Water Park – 16 miles
• Coeur d’Alene Lake – beaches, watersports, boat rentals, lake cruises - 4 miles
• Schweitzer Mountain Ski Area– Near Sandpoint 55 miles North
• Silver Mountain Ski Resort – Near Kellogg 40 miles East
• Coeur d’Alene Casino and Golf Resort – Near Worley 28 miles South

House was clean and host was friendly and responsive. The yard is huge, we had plenty of room for the kids to play. This house was close to silverwood and basically around the corner from tripleplay. Very nice house, we would definitely stay again!

The only issue was the upstairs shower has warm and extra warm water. Could not shower in cold. But the property was AMAZING, cozy, relaxing. The back patio was very accommodating. We will be back someday.

The home was clean, way bigger than we expected and plenty of space for our family of 9! We saw many deer throughout which was fun. The kids enjoyed the outdoor toys in the large yard. The kitchen was stocked with various utensils so we were able to make all of the meals we desired. Thank you for hosting our family!
