Villa Costanza is located in Bari, within a vast olive grove spanning approximately 10,000 meters, near the city’s highway loop, at Exit No. 15 on Via Gentile, a convenient transportation hub for all directions, on a private road near Campo Bellavista—the venue for Puglia’s most important track and field competitions—and a supermarket. The area features a large shopping center, “La Mongolfiera,” and the Regional Government Building. Within a 6-minute drive, you can reach IKEA, the Palaflorio, the Acqua Park, the Baia San Giorgio beach resort, the Showville multiplex, Paintball Extreme, the Triggiano Bowling Alley, the Montecolucci Equestrian Club, and the Ice Arena.
