Jeff was a great host and had the house in perfect order. It is a cool place too as it’s long and sweeping views from front or back just set a mood. We had some typical minor maintenance stuff come up during our stay and Jeff was immediately on it! Highly recommended this cool house in a cool area, hosted by an attentive owner.

Jeff was a fantastic host! Even brought us a portable fan from his own house! The house and yard is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay.

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful Carefree home, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. The house was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect—close enough to local attractions and amenities, yet just far enough to offer peace and quiet. We especially loved perfectly landscaped and spacious backyard and patio area, which became our favorite spot to relax with family and friends. Cathy and Jeff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful. We truly felt like valued guests throughout our entire visit. We highly recommend this house. It exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect setting for a wonderful vacation. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely be booking this property again!

Our stay in Jeff’s home was amazing! Our flight was delayed several hours and he met us at the home at 1:00 am to review the amenities and show us how to operate the pool and spa-he is a great host! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to everything Carefree/Cave Creek has to offer. We hope to return soon!
