This charming apartment with independent entrance has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation, two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, perfect for resting after a day exploring Marbella, both have double beds, ensuring you a pleasant rest after a long day at the beach or pool.
It has a dining room with television and an American kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare coffee in the morning or a delicious pasta, a spacious and welcoming space to share special moments with family and friends with excellent lighting.
You will also have 2 bathrooms equipped for your comfort and privacy.
A large patio, with a dining area and a beautiful Balinese bed, ideal for relaxing outdoors, sunbathing or enjoying a sunset dinner. Imagine yourself sharing stories with a good wine in this beautiful space!
As if that weren't enough, you will have 3 pools at your disposal, a small pool for children, another large one that is open in summer from 8:00 in the morning to 12:00 at night, as well as a heated pool from October to April with hours from 8:00 in the morning to 8:00 in the afternoon. All surrounded by a beautiful garden and lounge chairs so you can relax, get a tan or read a good book.

For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:
1. You will have to sign a temporary rental contract.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.
