The house was great and we enjoyed our stay. The only one thing that bothered me was that the walls in the common area (mostly the staircase) were dirty/sticky and they could really use a fresh coat of paint. We rented the BBQ which made our stay even easier, but it was lacking BBQ utensils.

We loved staying at this location. Enough room for everyone and the kids enjoyed time in the game room. Pool was heated and everyone enjoyed their time in the pool. My family would recommend this house. Close enough to Disney (20mins or so) and Universal (45mins).

We had a great trip, and the House easily handled the 10 people in our group. everyone enjoyed thier stay, and the house deficiencies did not affect our vacation .
Constructive improvements:
-Upstairs shower head needed replacement (complete)
- Top stairs needed laminate re-glued into position (Complete)
-Pool Deck area could use a furniture update
- one screen is loose in the pool area, outside wall top center.
-Fridge leaking water into food area, had to clean several times during our stay
-Stove burner control limited on main burner, hard to regulate low heat
-Pool deck area could use a high pressure wash, remove weeds coming through concrete
- Cold /hot water tap in master on suite is reverse of normal operation
- appliances, Fridge, Stove, toaster, coffee maker are dated and could be upgraded
-upstairs toilet keeps flowing after filling. I had to jiggle the handle several times when I heard it running from downstairs. this will cause higher water usage.
