A peaceful retreat with exceptional hosts. We stayed at this beautiful house for two weeks as a family of ten – my husband and I, our four grown children and their partners, and my mother. The property exceeded all expectations: spacious, impeccably maintained, and set in stunning, tranquil surroundings with hiking trails just outside the door.Tucked away in the mountains behind Salo, the house offered a serene escape, with breathtaking views and a sense of privacy that's hard to find. Everything worked perfectly, and the layout gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together.A highlight of our stay was the private chef evening recommended by our hosts – Maria and her two sons treated us to a gourmet experience in the comfort of the house. It felt like dining at a fine restaurant, just more personal and relaxed.Marina and Riccardo were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and well cared for. I can’t recommend this place highly enough for large families or groups looking for a peaceful getaway with a touch of luxury. Thank you Marina and Riccardo!

The house and grounds are both beautifully maintained and appointed. Ricardo was very happy to guide and help with any questions. We were blessed with great weather and this allowed us to enjoy the pool, sunbeds and shade for the whole week. The house has high quality fittings and is very well cared for and maintained. The air con in all rooms and comfortable beds means a great nights sleep even in hot weather. The family run restaurant a few steps from the front gate is a great asset to ensure you can enjoy simple local food and walk home in minutes.
