Best value we found for ocean front property in Pacific City. Nice original 1950's beach house that's a short walk out the backyard to endless miles of beach and views of the haystack rock.

First off you enter the house in the side door of the garage. there is no other door to the place. only windows that open are on the sides of the house. the counters were dirty, with food dried on, and when the sun shined on them it really showed the residue!. the price of the rental was over valued by 50%. and the service fee was 40% of the charge.
