we loved the villa. the views were spectacular and the space and rooms that we had were ideal for the 6 adults and one child. a very well equipped villa , very modern , lots of garden and parking space.
the villa really could do with a stair gate , top and bottom to make it more child friendly. There were two in the under stairs cupboard but these did not fit the wide stair case. we had to improvise on the first foot by moving the sofa to block off the stairs. a minor inconvenience.

The property is well appointed and is even better than the images on line. Its location is great for a nice stroll in to Bardolino (about 25 mins) and there are lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the property. The pool is across the road only 2 mins away, this was occasionally inconvenient when you just want a quick dip to cool off. Maybe an outside shower at the property would be one way to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

This is beautiful, well designed villa which had everything we needed. Stunning views across the Lake from the terrace. Great location around 30 minute walk along the Lake to Bardolino. Had a wonderful holiday. Would love to go again!
