One of the best features is the location. Restaurants, Publix, Starbucks and more are just a couple of blocks away. Whether you need groceries, morning coffee or dinner, you won’t have to go far.

The heated community pool, hot tub and outdoor grill are just steps away, making it easy to spend an afternoon by the pool or enjoy a relaxing evening close to home.

When you’re ready to explore, you’ll be close to:

• Lely Resort golf – just minutes away
• Flamingo Island and Mustang public golf courses – approximately 5 minutes
• East Naples Community Park and 60+ pickleball courts – 5-10 minutes away
• Downtown Naples and 5th Avenue South – approximately 15–20 minutes

Golfers have two championship public courses practically in the neighborhood. Flamingo Island and Mustang are both located within Lely Resort, with many additional public courses throughout the Naples area.

Pickleball players love being just minutes from East Naples Community Park, home to one of the premier pickleball destinations in the country.

Heading to the beach? Grab the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and gear provided at the condo and choose between the beautiful beaches of Naples or Marco Island.

After a day at the beach, on the golf course or playing pickleball, come home to the quiet Coral Falls community. Relax on your private screened lanai overlooking the woods, or take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub just steps away.

Whether you’re coming for a week in the sun, a golf or pickleball getaway, or simply want a comfortable place to relax and explore Naples and Marco Island, you’ll have everything you need right here. You will love this place!
