The house, terraced from the back and therefore without neighbor, benefits from a magnificent private and totally secure swimming pool with a covered terrace. It is perfect for sunbathing and offers a beautiful view of the neighboring vineyards.

Just 6 km from the town of Valréas, an important city of the Papal States that has preserved a rich heritage from its past, lies the beautiful Drôme Provençale region on the border with Provence. The nearby wine road leads to Mont Ventoux. On the first floor there is a large garage with a table tennis table and bicycles at your disposal to explore this magnificent region. Do not miss the beautiful villages of Séguret, Visan, La Garde Adhémar and the cities of Orange, Avignon and Carpentras. Sports activities are numerous. It is therefore a quiet and ideal vacation home for families.
