Gaines Ranch on the Square — Entire Property
5 Private Suites | Sleeps up to 18 | Downtown Wimberley
Bring your group together without giving up privacy at Gaines Ranch on the Square, a newly built modern-western property located directly on historic Wimberley Square.
Renting the entire property gives your group exclusive use of all five private suites, each with its own bathroom. The flexible layout works especially well for wedding weekends, families, retreats, milestone celebrations, and groups of friends traveling together.
THE SUITES
• Homestead — ground-floor ADA-accessible king suite with step-free entry and roll-in shower
• Cutter’s Quarters — two private king bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, shared living area, work desk, and queen sleeper sofa
• Lazy Spur — two queen beds and private bath
• Corral — two queen beds and private bath
• Rancher’s Rest — private king suite with en-suite bath
The entire property accommodates up to 18 guests.
COMFORT & STYLE
Built in 2025, Gaines Ranch combines clean modern-western design with relaxed Texas Hill Country character. Suites feature luxury Comphy® linens, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee stations, mini-refrigerators, individual climate control, and private entrances.
STAY TOGETHER — WITH YOUR OWN SPACE
Unlike a traditional large rental house, Gaines Ranch gives your group individual suites and bathrooms while keeping everyone together on one property.
This makes it especially convenient for couples traveling together, multi-generational families, wedding parties, and groups who appreciate having their own room and bathroom at the end of the day.
RIGHT ON WIMBERLEY SQUARE
Walk directly from Gaines Ranch to restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, boutiques, art galleries, live music, and downtown events.
Free on-site parking means you can arrive, park once, and enjoy much of Wimberley on foot.
Beyond downtown, explore Blue Hole Regional Park, Cypress Creek, Jacob’s Well Natural Area, wineries, swimming holes, hiking trails, and scenic Texas Hill Country drives.
NEED MORE ROOMS?
Cabins on the Square, our sister property, is directly next door and offers additional lodging for larger groups.
Gaines Ranch on the Square is family-owned and operated and was inspired by our family’s ranching roots and love of the Texas Hill Country.
Guests receive a detailed digital Guest Guide before arrival with access information, Wi-Fi and TV instructions, parking details, amenities, and curated local recommendations.
