Located just 150 feet from deeded beach access, you can ditch the car and take a stress-free, 3-minute stroll across the signal-protected crosswalk. You’ll go from "chillin’ at home" to "toes in the sand" faster than you can pack the cooler.
When you aren’t at the beach, you’re likely on the private balcony overlooking the sparkling community pool. It’s the perfect spot to catch the view or sip a cocktail. • Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll receive a short rental agreement and point-of-contact form to e-sign for liability purposes
• Security Deposit: There is a $150 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It's auto released 3 days after you depart
• Safety: Equipped with smoke and CO detectors, and fire extinguishers
• Rental Age Policy: Family groups only, ages 21+.
• Pets: Two dogs max with prior approval and $150 pet fee/ per dog. We use PetScreening to manage our furry guests—you will receive a link to register your dog after booking. (Note: Pet fees and registration are NOT required for service animals).
• Policies: No smoking, vaping, parties, or events.
• Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 8 AM; please keep outdoor noise to a minimum
• Arrival & Departure Policies
To ensure our team keeps the house in pristine condition, we observe the following:
Check-in Time: 4PM and Check-out Time: 10AM

We are happy to accommodate early arrivals or late departures when the cleaning schedule permits (fees apply)

Everything was perfect! The house was well stocked, clean, and quiet. It was a very easy, quick walk to the beach. We had more than enough space for my family of 4 and our dog. We loved the beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon that were included in the storage area. I wish we could’ve stayed a few more nights. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family of 4 (and our small dog) had a wonderful stay at True Blue! The property was just as described. We loved that it was just a short walk to the beach each day and everything we needed was provided (good beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, floats, beach towels). The cottage was very homey and the beds were comfortable. The downstairs bathroom was a nice bonus as was the fridge that included filtered water...nice washer and dryer for the daily laundry. The close beach access was truly the win for us and we would stay here again! Not to mention it's within walking distance to a good ice cream shop, a souvenir/market store and a short drive to everything else. Rupa was a wonderful host who communicated before, during and after our stay!

Great location. Perfect size for our family of 4 and our dog. Had a great spot for dog to go potty behind home. The pool was small but it was not crowded at all so we had pool to ourselves. The host was wonderful, great communication, and super friendly. Highly recommend and looking at their property in Smoky Mountains for a big family get together.

This is our second stay at True Blue and again, it did not disappoint. It is so very clean and comfortable. It is so well stocked with everything you need. A lot of thought and effort has been put into making this house so homey and comfortable. The location is perfect with so many stores, restaurants, and activities so close by. The shared community pool is so nice and clean. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck sitting on the Adirondack chairs. The public access to the beach is so close and convenient, located right across the street. Rupa is so easy to get in touch with if there is any issue you might have. This place is the best and I highly recommend it! We will be back again! Thank you, Rupa!
