Sleeping arrangements: two single beds (80x200 cm), one double sofa bed (140x200 cm), and a cot. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, and Nespresso coffee machine. Enjoy two enclosed gardens, one at the front (east) and one at the rear (west), furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, and an electric barbecue.

It is 1000 m from the town center and the South Beach, and 100 m from the bus stop. The bus station is 1000 m away, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6 km away. The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive away.
