The home itself is structurally beautiful and located in a lovely area of Beverly Hills. Still, unfortunately, the overall condition and cleanliness did not match the premium price point or listing expectations.There were several maintenance and housekeeping issues throughout the stay, including stained sofas and rugs, dusty curtains, dirty showers, and partially used toiletries left in the bathrooms. The dishwasher was unplugged (we thought broken at first) and had to be pulled out and connected manually. I purchased the DW pod to wash the dishes. WiFi was not functioning during our stay, and although managers did attempt to have it connected, it did not work. The backyard was especially disappointing. There were many piles of trash, roof shingles, worn/tattered outdoor furniture, a dead rodent of some sort, and the hot tub was unusable due to cold water and a strong mold-like odor.I’m sharing this feedback constructively because the property is so cute and truly has potential, but it needs significantly more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest readiness. With better upkeep, this could be a much better experience for future guests.

Everything was just fine, great communication throughout. Unfortunately, no wifi information to be found and the combination of unseasonable weather and no central heat made for chilly moments. There were space-heaters in place so it all worked out. Plenty of fresh towels, very clean and a cute house.

The hosts were great & explicitly spelled out their house rules. The living areas & backyard were spacious. Plenty of beds, linen, and space for larger groups. Most amenities were in very good condition. The property has potential to be a 5-star property. However, currently, it did not quite meet our expectations, especially considering what we paid for the booking. I'm mot sure how recent the pics were taken, but they didn't completely represent the current state of the property. There were serious security issues. Windows did not fully close and had door chain locks on them (namely, the Livingroom & bathroom - didn't check bedrooms). Because of this, may be the reason it was so cold in the house. The space heaters helped but were not sufficient, especially for me with Raynaud's syndrome. Also, weren't enough for each roomThe couches, some rugs, some linen & shower curtains were severely stained and maybe need to be deep cleaned or replaced. The shower curtain in the main bathroom needs to be replaced and probably more frequently. Parking was tricky, with all the cars parked on the street especially for a larger vehicle and the two vehicles parked closely on each edge of the driveway never moved, which made it more difficult. With the resolution of most or all of the above, I would probably book here again.

The check in process was very easy and the listing was accurate. I took off 2 stars because the water in the hot tub was too dirty for us to use and I would’ve appreciated it if we were left at least a few bottles of water, instant coffee, or something complimentary. We did leave the instant coffee and creamer we purchased for the next guest. But overall pretty good listing and the area felt very safe and walkable.
