~Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this.
~Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Doing so will result to a $500 fine)
~Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
~No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below).
~No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
~Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and we do not allow visitors. Any overnight guests not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below).
~No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.
~All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
~All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure.
~We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.

We were here for 2 nights. Overall, the unit was okay. It is in kind of an industrial area, but seemed safe enough. The furniture was cheap, but serviceable. The kitchen could use more (and full size) flatware , and better pots and pans. The hot water never got above luke warm. Not sure if they are trying to save money or prevent burns, but I think they could turn up the temperature on the hot water. Overall, it was okay for just 2 nights.

Excellent communication by the host, both prior and during our time there. Very convenient location for visiting those we knew in the area that didn't have enough space for us to stay the night in their home.

A perfect place to stay for me and my dog, Archie. The place was clean and the location was perfect for a visit with family. It is safe clean and quiet. Plus as a bonus, there is a dog park attached to the complex! What more could you want.

What a fantastic hidden gem. It was just big enough for two people and located in a perfect place for my needs. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the area is safe and quiet. Plus, there was the added Star Wars bonus. Definitely a fun place to stay and I plan to stay there again next time I’m in town.
