3BR · 2BA · Sleeps 6 · Private Heated Pool · Outdoor Kitchen · Canal Fishing Pier · Beach Gear Provided · Two-Car Garage · Covered & Open Pool Decks · Washer/Dryer · Living Room Sliders to Upper Deck
The private heated pool has an outdoor kitchen alongside it — Grill, and covered deck overhead for shade. The open deck at poolside is where the afternoons go. This is the kind of outdoor setup that makes guests stay home from the beach more than they planned.
Inside, the living room sliders open directly onto the upper deck overlooking the pool — so the indoor and outdoor spaces flow into each other naturally. The kitchen is large and fully equipped for serious meal preparation — full-size appliances, complete cookware, and everything needed to cook properly for a group of six. Guests who like to cook will find this kitchen actually delivers on that promise.
Out back, a small fishing pier faces the canal. The water is known locally for snook — no guarantees, but guests who bring rods have had luck. No boat access to the bay from here, which is worth knowing if you're planning a boating trip. If you're planning a fishing afternoon without leaving the property, this is the place.
The two-car garage keeps vehicles covered and out of the Florida sun. Beach cart, beach toys, and gear are provided for trips to the water.
Three bedrooms sleep six. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Smart TVs in all rooms. High-speed WiFi throughout. Full-size washer and dryer in the unit.
Lakeside Beach House requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for three vehicles. Not pet-friendly.
*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

The house was fully equipped with kitchen essentials. The pool was well maintained and pool & beach toys were available to use. The master bath had a slow draining sink and mildew/mold stained caulk, this was reported to rental agency. The kitchen cabinets were sticky. All appliances worked as they should. Great location.

This is the second time we have rented this vacation home. Lovely home, quiet street and a walk to the beach.

Check in was easy with a code texted. Home was clean and ready to go. It was stocked with the basics to get us started. Pool was clean and beautiful. The pond provided a very relaxing environment. The rental company checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. With the storms it was nice that we could use the garage. Nice supply of floaties and beach chairs. Will definitely book again. A+++ and a wonderful location only two blocks from the beach and the Bali Hai spa.

This place was great. A very unique location with the pond and dock in the backyard along with a very nice outdoor pool area. Our family enjoyed all the amenities of the home and the short walk to beautiful beaches. The only thing lacking for the beach was a cooler so we purchased a small one and left it there for future guests to enjoy. Looking forward to booking again.
