Welcome to Alexandra’s Garden Studio! Available year-round for all-season getaways, this romantic 30 m² open-plan retreat is set within a peaceful, fully fenced 4,000 m² estate in Kato Stalos. Tailored specifically for couples and newlyweds, this home offers an ideal blend of quiet privacy and easy coastal access.
The Space
Bright and modern, the studio features a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker) for effortless self-catering. A modern private bathroom with hot water and a hairdryer completes the interior layout.
Outdoor Living & Estate
Step out onto your private furnished balcony to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks with view of the White Mountains (Lefka Ori) and lush garden greenery. Guests have full access to the estate’s expansive lawns, garden sunbeds, olive groves, and secure gated parking inside the property.
Location & Hospitality
Situated just 300 meters from Stalos beach, local tavernas, and shops, and 1 km from the National Road interchange for quick day trips to Balos, Elafonisi, and Falassarna. Host Alexandra welcomes you personally with cold water, homemade olive oil, local wine, and raki, providing insider tips while fully respecting your privacy.
