A large 165-square-meter villa, close to the beautiful and famous nightlife and bustle of Oura (“trotoir”—350 meters), but far enough away to maintain peace and quiet. Set on an exclusive 1,180-square-meter lot, with a large private pool, a barbecue area, a garden, and two parking spaces—one of which is covered. With an excellent location in Areias de S. João, between Praia da Oura (Albufeira) and Old Albufeira, on the avenue that also connects Forte de S. João and Inatel. Within 600 meters on either side are two beautiful white-sand beaches (Oura and Forte de S. João). The center of Oura is 450 meters away. The center of Albufeira is 2 km away. The villa is situated on a plot of land shared by 3 villas, enclosed and fenced. Spacious outdoor area. Restaurants are 50 m away on Oura’s Main Avenue (Av. Sá Carneiro) 300 meters, perpendicular to the avenue in front of the house, with bars, restaurants, shops, a nightclub, a pharmacy, clinics, a supermarket, and an ATM...
Please note that the prices listed are for a maximum occupancy of 6 people. For stays of 7 to 8 people or 5 to 6 beds, the rate increases by 10% or 20%. We may request payment for a portion of the water and electricity costs based on the number of guests and consumption. Gas is included.
25% of the rental price is due upon booking. The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 15 days before your stay. The security deposit must be submitted along with the 75% payment. We do not accept checks. Payments must be made by bank transfer. In case of cancellation, 75% of the deposit will be refunded 60 days prior to the rental, and 50% up to 45 days prior to the rental. Any cancellation after that will result in a total loss of the deposit.

The host Maria was lovely, very responsive and helpful The villa itself was wonderful Positives: The location was great, close to the strip and the beach Easy to get around - we used the restaurant next door as a pick up point for Ubers The pool is lovely We had a group of 8 women’s on a girls trip and the property was perfect for it Things to note: We didn’t find being close to the road too loud, but there were a couple of nights it got a bit loud so if you’re light sleepers - this is something to consider The water pressure meant that we had cold showers most of the week - the host very kindly sent someone out but we still had to shower one at a time even if there was three showers at the house One of the bedrooms says ‘double bed and two single trundle beds’ but this is either a double bed OR two single trundle beds - wasn’t an issue - but just something to note Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend for large groups

We had the most amazing holiday! The villa is in a great location, close to everything you need. The garden/ pool was beautiful and the villa itself was authentic, had everything you need and stayed lovely and cool. We would love to stay again! Thank you for the great communication throughout. This was our first family holiday, booking through vrbo and the process was very smooth and easy.

Missing basic amenities like a wine opener, toilet paper, trash bags, proper recycle containers. The guest information book contains outdated information.Overall the house is worn out and is in need of some upkeep and TLC.Pool was very nice. It was chilly but with a little solar heating, yearly use could be extended.
