Home has contactless keypad entry with Ring doorbell, outside security video/audio property perimeter. AMAZING property!! This house has so many amenities! We stayed here with our four kids (teens and tweens) and here is just a quick snapshot of what they did during the week at the rental alone: fishing, star gazing, swimming, biking, exploring the neighborhood, family game nights, used the hot tub, watched 3D movies and played pinball! This house is close to the highway for easy access for day trips to Sedona/Grand Canyon, but nestled away where you can enjoy peace and quiet or a morning watching the wildlife on the backyard. Virginia and Joe are amazing hosts and this is by far our most favorite spring break yet. Thank you for all of the starter items too - it was truly a “dream” from a mom’s point of view!

BOOK NOW!!!! If this property popped up as available for your search, book it! You wont regret it. I was beyond impressed and so thankful for booking this property with Ginny and Joe! I never write reviews, but this MORE then deserves one! The thoughtfulness and well stock property was perfection. The fishing bait that was in the freezer was such a sweet touch! We enjoyed spending time here, great neighborhood, fun things to do near by and a quick highway day trip to Sedona! We caught fish, made smoothies in the blender, sat in the pool/hot tub. plenty of sunning chairs for all 6 of us to relax and sunbathe! took paddleboat trips around the lakes, met great neighbors and made so many memories! My younger son, loved that Ginny would turn on /off the pool fountains by request 🥰 and If you have teenagers , I DOUBLE RECOMMEND this property, such a great layout for having your own spaces and so much for teens to entertain themselves with while actually hanging out with you ;) 10/10, 5, Perfection are a few of the Exceptii al ways to desribe this amazing property and hosts!

When we arrived we were in awww. This property is amazing. We were there for a baseball showcase. The day after we arrived was my sons 18th birthday. I looked on my booking to see if it had anything about having people over. It did not so i asked if i could have a couple teammates over to celebrate my sons birthday.
