A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Experience the vibrant heart of Lisbon from this premium, light-filled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment (CH7) professionally managed by LV Premier. Perfectly positioned on the historic, pedestrianized Rua do Carmo in ultra-trendy Chiado, this elegant retreat comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It masterfully pairs historic Pombaline architecture with rare modern essentials: full Air Conditioning, fast high-speed 1GB Wi-Fi, and seamless access via two building elevators.
The Space & Interior Amenities
Recently remodeled with a sophisticated contemporary palette, the apartment is optimized for absolute comfort and relaxation. Living Area: An open-plan social space featuring a plush convertible sofa, large Smart TV, and premium hardwood floors. Two massive, double-glazed acoustic windows frame beautiful views of the cobblestone streets while completely sealing out city noise.
Kitchen & Dining: A fully appointed kitchen equipped with top-tier appliances, a dishwasher, a sleek marble dining counter, and an essential in-unit laundry washer and dryer.
Bedroom & Bath: Rest deeply on LV Premier's signature premium bedding with freshly ironed luxury linens. The layout includes a compact, modern bathroom with a clean glass shower enclosure.
Premium Building Perks
True Elevator Access: A highly valuable luxury in historic Lisbon—no hauling heavy luggage up steep, narrow staircases.
Free On-Site Luggage Storage: Enjoy complimentary, secure bag storage directly at our LV Premier building office (located on the 3rd floor) during operational hours.
Pet-Friendly: We welcome up to two pets (a standard €35 fee applies; service animals are exempt).
Seamless Arrival: Check in effortlessly via our secure smart lock system.
The Neighborhood & Accessibility
You are staying in Chiado, Lisbon's premier cultural, shopping, and theater district.
Steps Away: Walk directly out to the historic Santa Justa Lift, the Carmo Archaeological Museum ruins, and the Baixa-Chiado Metro Station (2-minute walk).
Arrival Note: Because Rua do Carmo is a historic pedestrian-only street, the nearest vehicle/taxi drop-off point is an easy 50-meter walk from the front doors. Secure public parking garages are located within a 5-minute walk.
Note: - Property equipped with smart-locks. If guest does not complete online check-in, and arrives between 22h-08h, there is a supplement of 60 euro
- Long Stays: For reservations longer than 9 nights, we are pleased to offer a complimentary weekly cleaning service, including a change of linens and towels.

The check in process went smoothly and they let us store our luggage until we could check in.
Antonio was extremely helpful and friendly. He made us feel very welcome, and even got me some bags to make ice for my foot. He also gave restaurant recommendations and got whatever was requested.
The apartment was very comfortable and everything worked as advertised.
The music with loud microphones from street musicians until the late hours of the night definitely marred our impression of the apartment. While we know that is not something that you are responsible for, perhaps the area could look into to it. It said to be quite at 10:30 or so. That didn't matter as the blaring music will drown out any other sound.

A beautiful apartment in a great area. Fully equipped and very comfortable. The only problem was the shelf on top of bathroom sink which interfered with washing your face.

Easy to find and in the heart of the shopping district. We had everything we needed within walking distance. Had all the apartment amenities needed as well. Music heard in the alley ways in the late mornings when getting ready for your day.

This is a very nice, spacious and comfortable apartment right in the middle of Lisbon. It's very clean, has all the amenities you might possibly need, and in general is a perfect stay in the city. Very close to everything, walking distance to practically any place you'd visit in the city. Not very far from subway exit, easily accessible. The office is located on the 3rd floor of the same building which is very convenient if you have a problem or a question.
